Although we are one of the newest parks in the Clearwater area, with only double wide units permitted, we are fortunate indeed to have a beautiful campus with magnificent trees in every view. Our community Center is a large, centrally located facility here in the park that hosts numerous activities and services all month long.

These include: Billiards, library, Pinochle, Crafts, Bingo, dancing, Dinners, social events, occasional Pot lucks, and the always popular, Shuffleboard, among many others. And let's not forget the very large heated swimming pool and the warm water Spa for aquatic enthusiasts.    ======>
The residents maintain numerous special interest clubs with their own events and agenda's as well.
