A 26' planter in front of the house is accompanied by a stand of bamboo trees on the east corner of the house. Boxwood bushes bloom spectacularly. Two trees shade the back of the house and a well kept lawn rolls right up to the water.
This furnished, waterfront home has a new stove, a new double door refrigerator with with ice/water in the door and a new water softener. There is new carpeting throughout the house. The interior has been painted including the ceilings. The Kenmore washer & dryer is only 5 yrs old. A/C is 6 to 7 years old. A screened-in patio is just outside, next to the 6x8 storage shed. Roll-down awnings shade and protect windows. It has a great view of the water from the Florida room. The kitchen, living room and dining room together compose a great room with a wonderful feeling of space; a feeling further enhanced by the cathedral ceilings. A roof-over keeps everything securely dry.
