My friend Ron is an experienced sales person and a very thoughtful guy. He has been in the business of trading in mobile housing stock for many years. In his relationships with others, he has always had the highest ethical standards and looks out for his customers.

He has been forever the inveterate entrepreneur. In 1970, he became the owner-manager of Orange Lake Mobile Home Park and Orange Lake Inn lounge and restaurant. Since then he has owned and managed a rental warehouse on Starkey Road, Largo, and the Woodacres Mobile Home Park in St. Petersburg. He has also had substantial interests in enterprises as diverse as Oley's Market, a neighborhood store, and the 49th Street Supermarket Video Store.
Ron and His wife have occupied their own mobile home for many years and have long appreciated the value of this lifestyle, not just in the economics, but in their ability to feel part of a community of many friends.
He continues to work, and over the past decade he has specialized in low cost housing, and has helped many people find good but affordable places to live.
