There are very few homes in our park that have a garage.  This is one of them.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath 1996 Jacobsen home would be perfect for someone that may have a collector car, golf cart or need the room for that second car.

I have added a rough drawing to the pictures so as I walk you through this home you can see the layout. 

LIVING ROOM                   12’ X 18’*

There is a walkway at the front of the home that takes you directly into the living room.  This room has plenty of natural light coming in through the 4 large windows. It connects to the hallway and dining area.

This area is a combined space.  The dining area is not only connected to the living room but also the kitchen.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar on the end of the U-shaped kitchen.  There is lots of counter space available and plenty of cabinets for storage.

Going down the hallway on the right side will be the laundry room and guest bathroom.

This room has storage over the washer and dryer but also has access to the garage.


This bathroom has a walk-in shower instead of the usual tub/shower combo.  It is conveniently across from the guest bedroom.

As you can see in the picture there would be plenty of room for a queen size bed set.  Full closet along one wall.  Great for storage or room for a visiting guest to hang their items for the stay.

MASTER BEDROOM              11’ x 13’*

Full wall to wall closet is part of this room.  This room is large enough for a king size bedroom set.

It also has its own master bath.  The master bathroom has floor to ceiling linen closet and additional storage under the vanity.  The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

GARAGE                           12’ X 25’*

This home as I first mentioned is one of the few homes in the park that comes with an actual garage.  The garage is at the back end of the carport and as you can see in the picture it easily houses a full-size car.  There is still enough room on the carport for a second vehicle.

At the back of the garage is a door for the backyard.  This is a pet friendly perimeter property.

We have a large heated pool and hot tub available 7 days a week.  There is also a plethora of clubs that you can join if you so desire.  This is a well-established and maintained park.
