The kitchen and breakfast nook are across the front of the mobile home.  You have a great view out the windows in the nook and over the kitchen sink.  This kitchen has an L-shape design to it.  Plenty of cabinets and counter space.  Both the glass top stove and the side-by-side refrigerator look fairly new. 

LIVING ROOM

This large open space allows you access to the kitchen by the breakfast nook, the front door and is open to both the hallway and the dining room. 

DINING ROOM

The dining room has space enough for a large table and chairs.  It also has a built-in China cabinet.  It is open to the living room and the kitchen. 

LAUNDRY ROOM

This room is your 2^nd. entrance into the home from the Florida room.  It has a laundry sink along with the storage above the washer n dryer.

GUEST BEDROOM/BATH

It’s hard to imagine the size of the room but I can tell you it can easily hold a Queen size bed set.  Should you need it to be both a guest bedroom and office this room is large enough to put in a regular day bed, or a trundle day bed and a desk. 

The guest bathroom is next to the bedroom, and it has a tub-shower combo and has linen storage.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH

This room is large enough for a King size bedroom set.  The walk-in closet is large and deep.  Part of this room is the Master bathroom.  It has a walk-in shower and also has linen storage. 

FLORIDA ROOM

The raised Florida room has glass tilt out windows throughout, it has access into the home, the shed at the back of the room, and access to the backyard.

BACKYARD

This space would be great for the BBQ grill and there is room for a small bistro table and chairs if you want a little shaded area.
