SHARE HOME!!! Only $352.00  monthly park fee!!  In return you will receive NO CHARGES for water, sewer, garbage and trash pickup (twice a week), yard care (front and back, side to side, mow, edge and blow off), mail delivery direct to your mailbox out front, AND INTERNET & CABLE SERVICE!!!  You also will have club house privileges with an over sized HEATED swimming pool, Jacuzzi SPA and party pavillion (at no charge to use). There are many activities for you to choose from on a daily basis and of course you will not want to miss Thursday night dinner & bingo!!
