 As you enter the home you will start to feel the size of this property.  This L-shaped living room is great for furniture placement.  There are several large windows in this space that allow a lot of natural light to flow in. 

KITCHEN 

The open floor plan from the kitchen area into the dining room is a great place to have a get-together.  This kitchen has a pantry, wall mounted oven and a separate microwave.  On the island there is a built-in electric stove. There are plenty of cabinets and along with the Island you have tons of counter space.

The second entrance into the home is through sliding glass doors directly into the family room that it is open to the Kitchen. 

LAUNDRY

The laundry room has a washer and dryer with storage above.  It connects to both the guest bathroom and the family room.

The Guest bedroom is a great size with a walk-in closet. 

It connect to the guest bathroom that has a tall toilet and a tub/shower combo. As mentioned above, this is a Jack n Jill bathroom with access to 2 rooms. 

MASTER BEDROOM 

As you can see in the pictures the master suite is a very large space.  The beauty is you could put the bed on different walls as it suits your needs. There are 2 walk-in closets that lead into the master bath. There is also another door in the room. 

As mentioned in the heading, I opened the door and realized it was an access point for an enormous walk-in closet. It is only accessible from the master bedroom or there is a door to the shed.

FLORIDA ROOM

This room is off the family room on one side and the carport on another.  It has a portable air conditioner that comes with the sale.

SHED

At the back of the property is a small patio and access to the shed.  Plenty of storage and again there is access to the secret closet. 

CARPORT

This has a long driveway.  At the end of the driveway next to the street is a tiled area for a golf cart.
