This 1995, 1,144 sq. ft. Jacobsen has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with not only a glassed in Florida room, but additionally it has a covered outdoor space. All with great pond views.

The laundry room is one of the entrances into the home.  Not only do you have cabinets above the washer and dryer but there is also a full-size closet.  As you leave the laundry room the bedrooms and baths are to the left in the hallway.  First you have the Guest bedroom on the right, bathroom across the wide hallway.   The guest bathroom has linen storage and the tub/shower combo.

The master is at the end of the hallway with its own ensuite.  This room is large enough for a king size bedroom set.  There are 4 glassed sliding doors that open into a walk-in closet.  The master bathroom has a walk-in shower behind the door, a linen closet, and a modern vanity with a newer faucet.

The kitchen is the heart of this home.  As you are looking out over the sink you can see out the windows to the beautiful view of the pond.  This kitchen is outfitted with Stainless Steel appliances and it has a small island that doubles as a breakfast bar.  This kitchen opens at one end to the dining area and the living room at the other end.  The living room also connects to the wide hallway and the dining area. 

Off the living room is the raised Florida room with an additional 240 sq. feet of space with newer sliding glass windows.  This home will also come with a side by side second refrigerator that is in the Florida room.
